Students of the Ust-Kamenogorsk College of Economics and Finance took part in a meeting with representatives of the Police Department and the local regional center on the formation of a unified base of volunteers. The purpose of the meeting was the discussion of projects aimed at the development of volunteer activities in the city  Ust-Kamenogorsk and creation of a single database of city volunteers.

The meeting participants listened with great interest to reports of the local police lieutenant colonel N.O.Dukenbaev, A.A. Duysenbaev, lieutenant colonel of the criminal police search department, on the activities of the volunteer movement in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. Employee of the Office for Social and Civil Development E. Dyukanova spoke about the meeting with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of the volunteer movement.
