A meeting with members of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Council of Self-Government was held at the Ust-Kamenogorsk College of Economics and Finance. The guests presented and handed the director of the college E.A. Nabiev the book “People’s self-government” dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the territorial councils of self-government of Ust-Kamenogorsk. Nabiev EA, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences is one of the organizers of self-government in the regional center. Teachers and college students passionately love their city and always actively participate in all city events.
